Please, prior to sending an electronic letter addressed to the President of the Republic of Abkhazia become familiar with the following information.

1. Appeals addressed electronically via the official website of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia go to the chancellery of the Administration of the President..

2. Prior to sending the letter you have to correctly provide with the necessary information.

3. The size of the electronic appeal cannot exceed 2 000 characters.

4. The appeal can only contain one attached document or data without backups and the size of it cannot exceed 5 Mb. The following formats are accepted: : txt, doc, docx, rtf, , pdf, jpg, mp3, wma, avi, mp4, mkv, wmv, mov, flv. Other formats are not accepted.

5. The appeal is not entertained if:

•  It contains unquotable vocabulary, abusive language;
•  The address is incomplete or inauthentic;
•  The appeal is not addressed to the President of the Republic of Abkhazia or the Administration of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia;
•  The appeal does not contain concrete statements, complaints, proposals.
