On December 9, Head of the Administration of the President Beslan Bartsits presented Acting Head of the Administration of the Gal District Omar Bganba to his colleagues.
“On behalf of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia and the government, I would like to express gratitude to Timur Khukhutovich for the time when he was Head of the Gal District and for the achievements that can be felt in the city and district as a whole. Five years ago, the situation in the Gal District, its socio-economic aspects, infrastructure, issues of culture and education were at an entirely different level. Today, the Gal District is taking a leading position. In 2014, the district’s budget was 119 million rubles. Thanks to you and the former Head Timur Nadaraya we can see a doubled performance. In 2019, this was more than 200 million rubles. We see what Gal used to be and what it has become”, - said Beslan Bartsits.
Timur Nadaraya expressed gratitude for the high praise of his work.
“On behalf of all citizens of the Gal District and myself, I would like to thank the Head of State for the support and attention to all our problems during these five years. I think that the district’s residents will build the same relations with the new Head of the Administration as they had with me. He is principled, precise and has management experience. I am certain that the indicators for Gal will be better than now”, - said Timur Nadaraya.
The Head of the Administration of the President wished success to the new Acting Head of the Administration of the Gal District.
Omar Bganba remarked that first of all, he will hold meetings with the heads of village administrations and the residents of all villages in the district.
“All resources and potential that there is, we will use for the benefit of the district. From the first days, I would like to see the entire district, meet with the heads and activists of the villages and find out what problems exist and how we can help. After that, we will set tasks for ourselves and complete them”, - said Omar Bganba.
