Raul Khadzhimba participated in the solemn ceremony of the diploma delivery at the Abkhazian State University (ASU).
The head of state congratulated the alumni with graduation and wished them success.
Raul Khadzhimba handed the diplomas to the graduates of the law faculty of ASU.
“Years of studying at the university are behind, but you have to learn your whole life. I am pleased that the level of education of alumni is increasing annually”, said Raul Khadzhimba.
