I sincerely congratulate you on your 70th birthday!

Your have lived a difficult life. However, no matter what you did, whether your worked in the D.I. Gulia Literary and Memorial Museum or in the I. Kogonia Sukhum Cultural Centre, you have always demonstrated high responsibility and professional attitude to all issues.

From the first days of the Patriotic War of 1992-1993, your sons Arzamet and Dmitry Tarba went to defend their Homeland. Arzamet Tarba has earned the highest title of the Hero of Abkhazia. Having overcome the pain that the tragedy of war has inflicted on you, you do everything possible to solve many issues in peacetime.

For many years, you are at the head of the movement “The mothers of Abkhazia for peace and social justice”. Thanks to your personal efforts and the efforts of your like-minded colleagues, this social organisation does a lot of work caring for the families of the defenders of the Homeland who have given their lives for the freedom of Abkhazia. It also strengthens cooperation between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation, particularly with the republics of North Caucasus.

You participate actively in the events of social significance that take place in Abkhazia and abroad. The social movement that is headed by you has succeeded to do a lot to increase the social role of women in our state.

I wish you strong health, longevity, good luck and new successes in your work”.
